Welcome to Zugo. These guidelines cover prohibited content, reporting and blocking, account actions, and how to contact the developer about complaints or safety issues. Using the app means you agree to these guidelines, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
1. Prohibited content
Illegal: Drugs, firearms/explosives, terrorism, suicide encouragement, fraud, and similar.
Sexual: Explicit sexual content, solicitation, or any inappropriate content involving minors.
Harassment: Personal attacks, hate speech, stalking, or abusive insults.
Infringement: Unauthorized use of others’ work, image theft, or trademark abuse.
Spam: Fake engagement, scam links, or deceptive marketing.
Discrimination: Content attacking race, gender, religion, disability, or similar protected traits.
Built-in filters block clearly violating posts and comments. Filters are not perfect — you remain responsible for lawful use. This community is about floral arrangements, not dating or anonymous chat.
2. Reporting
From a post detail page you can report a post, comment, or user, choose a reason, and add details.
Reports enter a pending queue for developer review.
Outcomes may include: content removal, warnings, limits on posting/commenting, bans, or dismissing abusive reports.
Malicious false reports may result in restrictions for the reporter.
3. Blocking
You can block a user; their posts and comments are hidden for you.
Blocking is a local safety tool — still report serious violations.
Unblock anytime in Settings → Blocked Users.
4. Account actions
Warning: Minor violations.
Post/comment limits: Temporary UGC restrictions.
Content removal: Delete violating posts or comments.
Ban / data deletion: Serious or repeated violations.
Actions may be based on filter hits, user reports, and human review. The developer reserves the right to enforce these rules and to cooperate with law enforcement when required.
5. Contact (complaints & safety)
